There are numerous options when it comes to
payment for your event bar. Although it is helpful to determine bar arrangements
when confirming the event, we usually ask for your final decision regarding the
bar two weeks prior to the event. Below are ways the bar is traditionally
handled. If you desire a different method, please let us know.

Portable Bar and back bar table for bottle
display.
Ice for chilling and
serving beverages
Bar
napkins, straws, fruit picks, etc
Wide
selection of fruit juices, including cranberry, orange, pineapple, & grapefruit
Soda and mixers
Fruit garnishes including lime, lemon, cherries
and olives
Quality
clear plastic ware
At least two friendly, professionally
trained bar staff members.
Cash
Bar - All guests pay as they go. This option can also use drink tokens
or tickets.
Regular Bar = $4.00
Per Drink Premium = $5.00 Per Drink, Top Shelf = $6.00 Per Drink.
(option must be approved prior to event, minimum
required)

Host Bar
- We keep track of all the drinks served and present the host with a
bill at the end of the event. (minimum
required)

Host Bar with Dollar Limit
- Same as host bar
except when we reach the dollar limit specified by the host we close the bar and
start a cash bar, or let the host decide if they would like to place more money
on the check. (minimum required)
Open Bar
- We charge the host a price per person for an agreed amount of time.
